Jump Program
A 3-month jump program split into three phases: 1) hypertrophy and plyometrics, 2) strength and power, and 3) explosion and power plyometrics.
On-Court basketball programs
Online single attribute basketball sessions. We have shooting, dribbling, finishing and passing.
College level basketball program
12 1hr30 online sessions that include dribbling, shooting, bag work, finishing, passing and ball screen reads.
plyo jump program
6 week Plyometrics jump program. You don’t need gym access or any equipment. Guaranteed 3-6inch increase to vert.
