At MP Fitness, our programs are designed to help you reach your max potential, both physically and mentally. Our experienced trainers and coaches will work with you to find you the best plan that fits your goals and needs.

Jump Program

A 3-month jump program split into three phases: 1) hypertrophy and plyometrics, 2) strength and power, and 3) explosion and power plyometrics.

On-Court basketball programs

Online single attribute basketball sessions. We have shooting, dribbling, finishing and passing.

College level basketball program

12 1hr30 online sessions that include dribbling, shooting, bag work, finishing, passing and ball screen reads.

plyo jump program

6 week Plyometrics jump program. You don’t need gym access or any equipment. Guaranteed 3-6inch increase to vert.

Meet Elite Basketball Trainer Max Groom.

After a historic season at Dakota College at Bottineau, Max Groom was recruited to a nationally ranked Division II program. His résumé includes numerous accomplishments, from setting scoring records to earning First Team All-Conference and All-Region honors. He was also part of a team that was ranked 4th nationally in Division II basketball after an impressive 17-0 start in the first semester

Max Groom founded MP Fitness in 2023 after completing his freshman year of college. Inspired by great coaches from both Australia and the United States, Max wanted to share the knowledge he had gained throughout his journey and help prepare the next generation of talent for college and professional basketball.
